Introduction
What I believe they (GB) are about to ascertain (If they haven’t already), and put in a better way in wording and logic, is that the occult ties between the US and UK are completely related (in more ways then one), America is the replication of the UK elite engineered system, and that is why every financial and elite institution on America, is founded on a UK counterpart (Like the UK “RIIA” is in the US, the “CFR”).
The Rev13:11 beast is the key Anglo-America (AA) power group, it is the AA elite governance that overlords the visible governance of the Anglo-American world power, since it does spring from the seven, and in history especially the 7th head of wildbeast1 Rev13:1, the UK/US power pact a “super-power”. (This wild beast is custom built from an established system of governance, “from the earth”)
It is a super-sovereignty already, and it’s members core “political religion” are the AA occult origins that the visible governments have as visible idols for the masses, all the symbology of the eagle, “novus ordo seclorum”, the Washington Monument, the political rites, all the visible government of the US is based on the occult first present in the UK, and replicated throughout America’s core symbols of nationalism, and monetary symbols. This is formative but with much historical evidence now coming to more accessibility more quickly on the Internet, yet contained in secular physical libraries as well.
(This is not attempting a new teaching, or to refute the GB, this is adding detail to elements represented in the dual power structure of the now existing Anglo-American world power, this wild-beast2 (Rev13:11), but detached from the seven headed wildbeast1 (Rev13:1) for very good reason as we shall see, it is an INDEPENDENT answering only to Satan, ot is a super-sovereign NOT encumbered by the nation-state limitations it is globalist in mindset, the wealth and power elite globalist MEMBERS of the existing Anglo-America 7th king it’s puppet governance, thereby it is the shadow governance which empowers by huge global assets and private international banking and weapons system technological development aid present in ALL the wildbeast1 to be a CONCURRENT rulership with the global rulership objective, with the 7th King, BUT higher in the ascendancy of that sovereign hierarchy which Jehovah has pointed out FOR GOOD REASON, and he has isolated this beast as well in prophecy, FOR VERY GOOD REASONS)
The wildbeast(2) (Rev13:11) with the dual lamb horns, and dragon speak, is what I am expanding on here and adding detail upon, HISTORIC detail, not conspiratorial, this ALL has enormous evidence, and pre-existing research from many others as to the various micro-histories which have brought us, to today:
1. Why is it singled out in free-roaming fashion apart from the seven headed wildbeast1 it springs from (Rev13:1)? Because it is a super-sovereignty based in the Anglo-American UK/US existing world power system, but is primarily composed of globe-trotting, jet-setting “elites” with no national-sovereign encumbrances and it’s “cream of the crop” from the entire underlying system power pool, financiers, warlords, politicians, philosophers, mathematicians, magicians, etc.
2. It appears slightly later than the seventh head of wildbeast(1) in the scripture, but is instrumental in bringing about the UN, from the global PRIVATE banking system it operates in tangent with another secretive occult group (the Elite-Quasi-”Jewish” sub-system Rev2:9/John8:44).
3. It empowers, “gives breath to” the image of the beast, so in effect it is the power-system empowering the UN, as the 8th King of Revelation, BUT Satan of course is the throne of that power, they are the direct earthly interface to Satan and the demon heavenly governments and authorities Eph6:12.
4. It is a globalism in theory, for global domination and uni-polarity under demon rule (Eph6:12), “new world order” (Novus Ordo Seclorum 1 dollar bill pyramid is the Tower of Babel for example) sloganeers, one world government Satan speaker, the false-prophet a prophet of someone most definitely, the dragon it’s power.
WildBeast2 (a ‘Globalist Super-Sovereignty’ above nation-state constraints)
With two horns of a “lamb”, the beast that speaks as a “dragon”, are indeed those two GROUPS shown as powers (Also the ones behind the visible 7th head governments (US/UK; Anglo-America), representing the Elite Globalists represented in the Anglo-American world power’s elite network of weapons, money and devil worshipers at the highest earthly levels):

Elite Power Group 2. Blasphemy 2:The “Mason Temple” version in the US Occult elite governance system, by lack of seniority, and, the replication of that father cell (UK), and the second horn among other things, is the gentile version of “The Kingdom of God”, or New Testament base blasphemy). Though present in the gentile element in the entire Anglo-American power, the Zionist power is ALSO present in both systems, dual elite Satanic priesthood the interface to the “authorities in the heavenly places” of Eph6:12, these are their primary governmental shadow systems which tell the rest of the beast what to do, and NOT the other way around, because they own the bank global, and run the weapons technology system, and the global financial intelligence network, and satellite and earth based computers networks which ARE that system, 90% of monetary “wealth” on the form of money assets, is digital, NOT paper, paper money only comprises as very small percentage of total money volume, it is the carrot for the masses.
That’s why that WildBeast2 from the earth (Rev13:11), comes from an established beast of earth (7headed Wild Beast1; Rev13:1), and empowers by “breath” and promotes the “image of the beast” (UN)(Rev13:14), and misleads mankind.

Seeing the relationship between the dragon Satan, and the seven headed wild beast(1) of his creation through sinful man is apparent in the image of seven heads and ten horns being present in both the dragon and the beast, and the statement “And the dragon gave to the beast its power and its throne…”

“And I saw another wild beast ascending out of the earth, and it had two horns like a lamb, but it began speaking as a dragon. 12 And it exercises all the authority of the first wild beast in its sight. And it makes the earth and those who dwell in it worship the first wild beast… 13 And it performs great signs**…”
Seeing the relationship between the lamb horned wild beast(2), that speaks as a dragon (Satan), and the 7 headed wild beast(1) is shown in the statement “And it exercises all the authority of the first wild beast in its sight”. That it speaks as a dragon, shows that it has a common message originating with Satan:
Rev16:13,14
“And I saw three unclean inspired expressions that looked like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the wild beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 They are expressions inspired by demons and perform signs**, and they go forth to the kings of the entire inhabited earth, to gather them together to the war of the great day of God the Almighty.”
That the dragon, the beasts and the false-prophet of this global kingdom all speak the same message. We know the seventh head also finishes the complete 10 horns of the wild beast(1), by Britain and America, horns 9 and 10. The second wild beast, gives this needed clue, a dual world power. It collects “the kings of the entire inhabited earth”, showing a union of the global human kingdoms for Har-Magedon.

“And it misleads those who dwell on the earth, because of the signs that were granted it to perform in the sight of the wild beast, while it tells those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the wild beast… 15 And there was granted it to give breath to the image of the wild beast, so that the image of the wild beast should both speak and cause to be killed all those who would not in any way worship the image of the wild beast.”
The image of the beast is a global architecture of global government inspired by the 7th head of the wild beast (UK/US), further described as a two horned wild beast, providing a clue as to it being a dual power. In the world scene, this is the Anglo-American world power of Britain and America, which as a mouthpiece for globalism, the chief human architects of the beast that comes out of the abyss, as the United Nations, having gone into the abyss as the League of Nations. This shows that one particular power was infused by Satanic inspiration to create what is the UN today, an eighth king itself, a global coalition of earthly powers.
